So today it's been POURING rain. And I've liked it. It's been a dry winter until now. I also finally went to the gym again. I haven't been allowed to go because of some pregnancy complictions, but I just got the green light from my doctor so today was my first official day back. After the gym I ran to walgreens to get some object lessons for sharing time tomorrow (I got called to primary). I ran in and ran out and the rain was pounding me. I got home, hung out with Brad and Tay, put Tay to bed, then decided to look for my phone. Can't find it. Looked and looked. Getting irritated. Called Walgreens. Not there. Right before I hung up the cashier girl said, "hold on..." Apparently a customer found a phone in the parking lot that had been sitting in the rain for a few hours and just got ran over. And it happens to be mine. Joy. Must have fallen out of my pocket when I was running for the car. NOW I DON'T HAVE A PHONE AND I'M REALLY ANNOYED. Of course my phone falls out of my pocket the one day of the year it's actually raining. Grrrrr. That's all I have to say.
Hey guys. So the hunt is on for another cute girl name. Brad and I have a couple we are sort of going back and forth with, but nothing we love. Any ideas? I'm sure you won't tell me the names you really like because you want to save them for your own kids, but that's okay. Give me your runner up names :) I am liking names that end with 'a' or 'n'. Let the creative juices flow while I drink up. Ha ha. You know what I mean.
Yay for girls!! Baby #2 is a SHE! We are very excited...
Two little girls will be so much fun (remind me of that when they're teenagers :). She was moving all over the place during the ultrasound, and the technician was having a hard time getting a good picture because she kept flipping all around. It looks like we'll be having another busy one. Wish us luck...
OH MY GOSH I AM ALWAYS HUNGRY!! I just ate dinner (pasta and broccoli) 2 hours ago and I'm starving again. I have been waking up in the middle of the night because I'm so hungry! This baby must be going through a growth spurt, because all of a sudden all I want to do is eat and sleep and then eat some more. Don't be surprised if I have gained 100 pounds by the time I post another picture of myself. Ha ha. Sadly I'm not joking.
So I've officially started my own little business (with the help of all my mom's ideas and music and resources and everything else. ha ha). Anyway, I have a little children's music group, and we are doing an 8 week session. I've got 10 kids in it, and it's really turning out to be a lot of fun. We'll be doing a couple of shows at the end of the session, so we'll see how those go. Then I'll be doing a 10 week session after that, and hopefully most of my kids will keep doing it. Anyway, I've been a little bit nervous about getting it off the ground, but so far so good. The link to my website is at the top right of this page...go check it out and let me know if you have any friends in Roseville with kids!!
So, we find out the sex of our new baby on Friday! I'm excited. I'm hoping this will make the pregnancy feel more real. I don't even really feel pregnant yet, and I'm almost 20 weeks! Ha ha. I'm sure that once I have a screaming newborn in my room it will feel real. Anyway, I'm hoping for another girl...but Brad wants a boy (of course). Either will be fun, but I didn't grow up with boys so I'm kind of afraid to have one. I guess I don't really have a choice, so we'll just have to wait until Friday!
Tay with her 2 favorite things... Ribbit and chapstick.
Our new DVD player in the car was a hit...dad especially likes the cordless headphones.
Taylen loves these tights...she wants to wear them everyday :)
My cute girl! I love this picture. This is totally her right now.
So I'm going to give this whole blog thing a shot. It seems like all the cool people are doing it, and since my mom thinks I'm cool, then I should be able to do it, too! Time will tell if I actually end up using this. Ha ha.
